A. Authority: the City Fire Chief, his or her duly authorized representative, or any law enforcement officer of the City shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this Chapter.
B. Penalty: Each violation of any provisions of this Chapter shall be a misdemeanor, and for each day such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. Each such offense is punishable as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 274, 9-14-1999; amd. 2000 Code)
