§ 92.68 PROCEDURE; RESIDENT ENFORCEMENT.
   Hurstbourne residents, affected by an alleged chronic nuisance property, may elect to provide a sworn complaint to the Code Enforcement Officer which may be used in the enforcement of this subchapter.
