(A) The City Clerk shall prepare an annual application form for the low-speed vehicles, golf carts, or utility vehicles. The permit is good only for the time period specified on the permit.
(B) Each entity applying for a permit may only operate during the holiday season, which is hereby determined to be November 1 through December 31.
(C) Each entity must designate the drop off and pickup points for its operations in its permit application. Any storage container located in the city can only be located if permitted in compliance with the permitting requirements under Chapter 150 of this code.
