§ 33.40 AUDIT.

In connection with the audit of City of Hurstbourne funds conducted by an independent certified public accountant, the auditor shall conduct a review of the City of Hurstbourne investment program, including internal controls and procedures, and the results of the review, including recommended changes, shall be included in the City of Hurstbourne audit.
