§ 32.26 TIME OF SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS.
   All reports, communications, ordinances, resolutions, contract documents, or other matters to be submitted to the Commission shall, at least five business days prior to each Commission meeting, be delivered to the City Clerk/City Administrative Officer, whereupon the City Clerk/City Administrative Officer shall immediately arrange a list of such matters according to the agenda or order of business and furnish each member of the Commission, the Mayor, and the City Attorney with a copy of the same prior to the Commission meeting and as far in advance of the meeting as time for preparation will permit. By unanimous vote of the Commission, this requirement may be waived.
