The vote on all questions coming before the Commission shall be by voice vote except that the roll shall be called if any member requests it. The passage of an ordinance shall be by roll call vote and the vote of each member of the City Council shall be entered in the minutes of the meeting. All ordinances shall be adopted in accordance with the requirements of KRS 83A.060(4).
