§ 32.24 PRESIDING OFFICER.
   During sessions of the Commission, the presiding officer shall have the same power to enforce order and decorum and to punish for contempt that circuit judges have. He may issue subpoenas, writs, and compulsory process for the attendance of witnesses, and the production of books and papers before the Commission and enforce them by appropriate fines, forfeitures, and punishments, to be entered as an order upon the order book of the Commission.
