§ 32.21 MEETINGS.
   (A)   Regular meetings of the Commission will be held on the second and the fourth Tuesday of every month at 4:30 p.m. at the city offices located at 304 Whittington Parkway, Suite 100, Hurstbourne, Kentucky, if not a legal holiday, or if a legal holiday, on the following Tuesday that is not a legal holiday.
   (B)   Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or two City Commissioners. In the call, the Mayor or City Commissioners shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Commission members and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61.
   (C)   At a special meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
   (D)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the City Clerk/City Administrative Officer and by the officer presiding at the meeting.

   (E)   In addition to the regular meeting heretofore fixed by ordinance, the city establishes an informal meeting to be held monthly, which shall be referred to as a caucus meeting. Attendance at the caucus meeting shall be open to the public; however, the attendance of the City Commissioners shall not be mandatory. The caucus meeting shall be held at the city offices, 9117 Leesgate, Suite 104, at 4:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month, if not a legal holiday, or if a legal holiday, on the following Tuesday that is not a legal holiday.
   (F)   The taking of minutes at the caucus meeting shall not be required and no final action shall be taken at a caucus meeting unless the caucus meeting also qualifies as a special meeting of the City Commission pursuant to KRS 61.805 et seq.
