Any person failing to comply with the provisions of § 115.15 or § 115.31 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by fine of not than $50 nor more than $250 or by imprisonment except that a corporation shall be punished by fine of not less than $100 nor more than $5,000. Each day that a person violates or fails to comply with the terms of § 115.15 or § 115.31 shall constitute a separate offense under this chapter.
