The contractor shall collect garbage between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. from October l through March 31 (winter schedule), and 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. April l through September 30 (summer schedule). Such collection time may be extended in extenuating circumstances such as inclement weather.
