Each employee may be granted up to three days of emergency leave per year. The days absent because of emergency leave shall be paid their full regular salary. All such emergency leave shall be approved by the City Commission. Emergency leave shall include absences for the following reasons:
(A) Death of a member of the immediate family or a close relative; or
(B) Court subpoena, case witness, settlement for property or an estate.
