(A) Each employee shall be granted sick leave at the rate of one day per month. Unused sick leave can be accumulated to a maximum of 30 days. Sick leave must be used for personal illness, or for the purpose of attending to a member of the immediate family who is ill. Physicians statements may be required.
(B) Employees will not be compensated for any unused sick leave.
