(A) All employees of the city shall be classified as full-time or part-time. These categories are defined as follows:
(1) Full-time employee: An employee who works 37.5 or more hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis.
(2) Part-time employee: An employee who works less than 100 hours per month on a semi-regular basis, provided however, that this designation shall in no way impact any of the city’s participatory obligations, as long as it is subject to KRS Chapter 78 and specifically the definition set out in KRS 78.510(21); noted also in § 37.63 of this chapter.
(B) Full time employees shall be entitled to all benefits as provided by the city.
