523.04 IMPOUNDING.

The Chief of Police, or any member of the Police Division designated by him is hereby authorized to remove or have removed any vehicle left at any place within the City which is in violation of this chapter. Such vehicle shall be impounded until lawfully claimed or disposed of in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4513. (Ord. 1966-30. Passed 5-23-66.)
