No person shall moor any watercraft along the Huron River westside bulkheading from a point at the entrance to the small boat mooring basin extending northerly to a point 100 feet south of the south right of way line of South Street extended easterly to the west bank of the river without first having obtained an official permit and docking assignment from the Dock Master, paying the mooring charge and agreeing to adhere to the applicable rules and regulations of the small boat mooring harbor as set forth in Chapter 385.
No watercraft shall be rafted, tied to or moored to another watercraft within the area designated in this section. (Ord. 1989-9. Passed 3-27-89.)
