(a) No person shall park any trailer not having a tractor or other motive power thereto attached, or any wrecked vehicle or motor vehicle, or any motor vehicle which is incapable of being moved or operated under its own power, on a public street or other public property for a period of longer than two hours.
(b) For the purpose of this section "park" means to stop or stand a vehicle or motor vehicle attended or unattended, on a public street, and the time limit set by this section shall not be considered to be complied with unless the parked vehicle or motor vehicle is moved at least 100 feet before it is reparked. (c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
