(a) No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle within the confines of the parking lot area located on Williams Street and immediately to the west of the Huron City Fire Division Building except employees of the Huron City Police Division and Fire Division and volunteer members of the Huron City Fire Division. (b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
