331.44 PATHS EXCLUSIVELY FOR BICYCLES.

(a) (1) No person shall operate a motor vehicle, snowmobile, or all-purpose vehicle upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, when an appropriate sign giving notice of such use is posted on the path.

(2) However, a person may operate an e-scooter on any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles. (Ord. 2021-25. Passed 7-13-21.)

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
