751.01 PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this chapter to establish limitations on medical marijuana dispensary operations within the City and to establish reasonable and uniform regulations to minimize and control the negative secondary effects of medical marijuana dispensaries within the City, all in order to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City.
