1505.05 BURNING IN PARKS, BEACHES AND PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No person shall build, make or start a fire within or upon any public park, bathing beach or other public property owned by or under the control and supervision of the City, except in fireplaces, charcoal burners or other appliances placed and furnished by the City for such purpose.
