There is adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of one, two and three family dwellings and appurtenant structures that certain building code known as the most current edition of the Residential Code of Ohio, as approved and adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, in its entirety, including the National Electrical Code and the Ohio Plumbing Code.
