903.03 EXCEPTIONS.

The provisions of Section 903.02 with respect to the requirement of a permit shall not apply to persons constructing of repairing sidewalks pursuant to notice served in accordance with Ohio R.C. Section 729.03 et seq.; however such persons shall comply with the requirements of Section 903.01 above. (Ord. 1962-20. Passed 7-23-62.)
