(a) No person shall willfully or maliciously attach any wires, cables, devices or equipment to any community antenna television system for the purpose of receiving television signals thereby without the knowledge or consent of the owner of such system; or, knowingly and with intent to defraud, receive or cause any other person to receive television signals from such system without the knowledge or consent of its owner. (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
