1305.06 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE.

Upon request, the Building Inspector shall issue a Certificate of Compliance when all violations noted in the Certificate of Inspection have been satisfactorily corrected. If a Septic System Evaluation has been conducted, then when all violations or directions thereon have been satisfactorily corrected or complied with, the Certificate of Compliance shall also include a notation to that effect.
