1145.03 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION.

The Planning and Zoning Commission may recommend that Council approve the proposed conveyance if it is satisfied that such division is not contrary to these Regulations or the Zoning Code, or any rule or regulation which the Planning and Zoning Commission has adopted for the processing of such divisions or the conduct of its business.
