721.07 HOURS OF SALE; PRESENCE OF RESPONSIBLE PARTY.

No person shall conduct a public sale prior to 9:00 a.m. or later than sunset. The person responsible for the public sale, identified in the application pursuant to Section 721.03, shall be present for the duration of the sale.
