721.04 APPEAL RIGHTS.

Any adverse decision by the Chief of Police, pursuant to Section 721.03 or Section 721.09 hereof, may be appealed to the Mayor, who shall provide the person with notice and an opportunity to be heard. The Mayor’s decision shall be final within the Village.
