No person shall operate a motor bike, mini-bike, go-kart, swamp buggy, race car, snowmobile or other self-propelled vehicle, designed to travel on snow-covered or any other kind of surface or terrain, and of a type not customarily registered with the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles, upon any public street, highway, boulevard, road, drive, path, walk, trail, way, field, park or other public or Municipal property not specially designated for such use.
