The determination of the Building Inspector, in applying the regulations promulgated hereunder, which is adverse to the rights of any owner of property or any Permit Holder may be appealed to the Planning and Zoning Commission by filing a notice of appeal with the Building Inspector within five (5) days of notification by the Building Inspector that the permit holder has not complied with the regulation. The appeal shall be heard at the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, but such further hearings may be held as required for the Commission to resolve the appeal. The decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be final within the municipality.
