(A) Upon written approval from the Water Department, bulk purchases of water may be completed at the water treatment plant.
(B) Individuals making bulk purchases of water shall pay a $100 license fee per calendar year to the Water Department before any water shall be furnished under this section.
(C) Water furnished to bulk purchasers shall be charged on the basis of actual or estimated cubic feet of water used as established by the Water Department. Rates per cubic feet shall be charged based upon the rate schedule provided in § 50.14.
(D) The Water Department is authorized to develop such applications and forms necessary to register and invoice bulk purchasers.
