§ 159.02 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by IC 36-1-4-11 and IC 36-7-4, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement and amendment of this chapter for controlling soil erosion in the City of Huntington.
