§ 158.039 HEIGHT EXCEPTIONS.
   The maximum height limitations in § 158.030(F) shall not apply to church spires; flagpoles; antennas; chimneys; and water towers. However, such features shall not exceed a height of 150 feet and shall comply with § 158.053.
