(2) One on-premise sign per parcel from the following list is permitted, in lieu of a sign below; one additional sign from the above list may be substituted.
(a) Sign classification: ground sign:
1. Animation: static;
2. Maximum sign area: 32 square feet;
3. Maximum sign height: 6 feet;
4. Location: prohibited from corner vision clearance area and must be set back five feet from any property line;
5. Illumination: yes;

(b) Sign classification: pole sign:
1. Animation: static;
2. Maximum sign area: 100 square feet;
3. Maximum sign height: 40 feet;
4. Minimum sign clearance: 8 feet;
5. Location: must be set back five feet from any property line;
