(A) Two on-premise signs per road frontage from the following list are permitted. Where multiple tenants occupy a structure, the provisions shall apply to each tenant individually.
(1) Sign classification: wall sign:
(a) Animation: static;
(b) Maximum sign area: 25 square feet;
(c) Maximum sign height: 25 feet;
(d) Illumination: yes;
(e) Other restrictions: see wall sign definition.
(2) Sign classification: projecting sign:
(a) Animation: static;
(b) Maximum sign area: 25 square feet;
(c) Maximum sign height: 12 feet;
(d) Minimum sign clearance: 8 feet;
(e) Illumination: yes;
(f) Other restrictions: see projecting sign definition.
(B) One on-premise sign per parcel from the following list are permitted. Where multiple tenant structures occupy a parcel, the provisions shall apply to each tenant structure individually. Such sign may identify the name of the office park or structure and those tenants who occupy them.
(1) Sign classification: ground sign:
(a) Animation: static;
(b) Maximum sign area: 25 square feet;
(c) Maximum sign height: 6 feet;
(d) Location: prohibited from corner vision clearance area and being located within 30 feet from any residential district and must be set back five feet from any property line.
(e) Illumination: yes;
(f) Other restrictions: see ground sign and tenant structures definitions.
