§ 158.026 INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT.

The district designated for the development of industrial parks, IP, is intended to accommodate a mixture of industrial uses in a planned development. This district is not commercial in nature. However, certain commercial uses are permissible by special exception in demonstrated support of permitted uses in the industrial park.
