§ 153.04 RELATIONSHIP TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
   The historic and conservation district regulation provided in this chapter is intended to preserve and protect the historic architecturally worthy buildings, structures, sites, monuments, streetscapes, squares, and neighborhoods of the historic and conservation districts. Zoning districts lying within the boundaries of the historic and conservation district are subject to the regulations for both the zoning district and the historic and conservation district. If there is a conflict between the requirements of the historic and conservation district, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
