It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or cast any stone or other missile upon or at any building, tree, or other public or private property, or at vehicles, moving or standing, or upon or at any person in any street, alley, lane, public place, enclosed or unenclosed ground in the city, or upon any ice formed upon any of the waters in the city, or to aid and abet the same.
