§ 131.02 TAMPERING WITH, DAMAGING PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, tamper with, cut, or interfere with any electric light wire, pole, or street lamp, or to tamper with or injure any fire plug or fire apparatus.

   (B)   No person shall wilfully mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper with, displace, or remove any building, bridges, fountains, tables, benches, fireplaces, railings, paving or paving material, waterlines, or other public utilities or parts or appurtenances thereof, signs, notices, or placards whether temporary or permanent, monuments, stakes, posts, or other boundary markers, other structures or equipment, facilities, or park property or appurtenances thereof, either real or personal.
