§ 115.24 INJUNCTION.

A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid license or in violation of § 115.12 of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction. Such violations shall be punishable by fine of up to $200.00. Each day a sexually oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
