§ 34.04 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Annually by ordinance, the Common Council shall set the compensation of the Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer, Common Council and other non-elective positions with the city.
   (B)   Overtime compensation shall be provided in accordance with applicable authority and then current city policies. Sunday shall begin each work week.
