For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"DELAY." Time that is considered to be delay shall begin four minutes after arrival of the taxicab at the pickup point. Time that is considered to be delay shall begin at the moment the fare leaves the cab and requests the cab to wait or the fare requests the cab to stop for the fare's business.
"DROP." A one person fare from pickup point to destination point.
