A taxicab driver's license may be revoked or suspended by the Board of Public Works and Safety on any of the following grounds:
(A) Violation of this chapter.
(B) If, since the issuance of the license, grounds for license denial pursuant to § 114.33 have occurred, or the license has been found by the Board to have knowingly made a false statement of fact required to be revealed in the permit application.
(C) Attempted or actual transfer or sale of the license to an individual other than the person specified on the license application.
