(A) The fees for each such inspection shall be determined by the Board of Public Works and Safety and approved by resolution of the Common Council.
(B) Any peace officer of the city, or county, may make reasonable inspections of any permitted taxicab at any time and from time to time determine whether it is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and those rules and regulations. Any taxicab found to be unsafe or in any way unsuitable for taxi service or for which inspection is refused, may be immediately ordered out of service until a sticker is reissued hereunder.
