§ 114.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any entity to engage in the business of operating a taxicab:
   (A)   Without first obtaining a taxicab vehicular permit for each taxicab as required by this chapter, and
   (B)   Except in compliance with this chapter.
