§ 113.25 PERMITTED HOURS.
   The practice of going in and upon residential property, or ringing a doorbell or knocking on a door of a private residence, including an apartment, in the city, by any transient merchant, hawker, or peddler prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. on any day, not having been requested or invited so to do by the owner, occupant, or lessee of the private residence or apartment, for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods, wares, and merchandise, or peddling or hawking the same, is declared to be nuisance.
