§ 112.01 PERMIT FROM BUILDING COMMISSIONER REQUIRED; FEE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to hold or conduct a garage sale, yard sale, porch sale, or other similar event within the city unless a permit therefor shall first have been obtained from the Clerk-Treasurer.

(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a permit upon the payment of $3.
