§ 111.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct, stage, or give a circus, menagerie, carnival, sideshow, or other theatrical performance for which money is demanded or received; engage in fortune-telling or palm reading; or operate a penny arcade or shooting gallery without first obtaining a license to do so as hereinafter provided.
