§ 33.20 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW.
   Chapter Five of Article One Point Five of Title Eight of the Indiana Code addressing the matter of storm water management is hereby adopted by the Common Council of the city and by so doing makes that chapter and any and all amendments thereto effective and operative as to that city.
