§ 100.20 LITTERING; LOAD FALLING IN STREET.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to scatter or suffer to be scattered any shavings, chips, papers, grass clippings, leaves, refuse, trash, or other material on any street or alley.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw any ashes, paper, shavings, grass clippings, leaves, refuse, trash, or other litter into any street or alley of the city.
   (C)   Every person hauling wood, stone, or other material along any street or alley shall have the load covered or tarped and, if any of the load falls off, immediately stop and pick up that part which has fallen into the street or alley.
