§ 100.16 TRACTION OR SIMILAR VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to propel, or cause to be propelled, over or along any asphalt street any traction or other engine and boiler or tractor unless the tires of the wheels thereon are smooth, or some device is provided so that wheels will not touch the asphalt.
